Notwithstanding persistent financial challenges in our member countries, during 2015, the St. Augustine Campus made steady strides towards the main goals established in the 2012-2017 Strategic Plan. The year under review, however, saw a slight decline in student enrolment, which reversed the trend of the past several years. In addition, fiscal difficulties faced by some contributing governments also led to a further deterioration in the Campus’ finances.
