UWI Annual Report 2017/2018

The 17/18 academic year was the first year for the implementation of The University’s latest strategic plan. Within the Strategic Plan’s overarching themes of Access, Alignment and Agility, the St. Augustine Campus has chosen to focus on four key areas geared towards building a culture of innovation within an ecosystem for entrepreneurship, expanding access, and building resilience and self-reliance. These areas are, in turn, being operationalized through six strategic initiatives - Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Curriculum and Pedagogical Reform, Internal Process, Financial Processes, HR Review, and the Brand & Soul project.
