Mulberry (Morus spp.) is a fast-growing woody plant with a deep root system and belongs to the Moraceae family. It is easily propagated and grows rigorously in fertile soils. It originally came from the temperate zone of Asia and has now spread across the world, adapting well to our tropical climate.
